Is it really 99p for remote repair and support?
Absolutely. We hold to that word. We will help you solve your issues remotely for no more than 99 pence. You will not be charged any more than that.
Is there telephone support?
We offer telephone support by appointment only. If you would like to make use of this service please fill in the contact or order form and we will arrange a mutually convenient time to do it.
Can I mail in my device for repair?
We do not currently offer that option, but are working to make it happen. We will be sure to announce it on the site and perhaps through the blog page once we have started this service.
Do I have to tip after a service?
All tips given are much appreciated, they help maintain our low pricing. You do not have to tip, but for such low prices, why wouldn’t you?
